Welcome to Label & Narrow Web’s first Converter Salary Survey! These results have been gathered from hundreds of respondents from all over the globe. Here, you will see their feedback on industry employment, demographics and salary.

Survey respondents overwhelmingly indicated that they not only feel secure in their jobs, but also feel that they are appropriately compensated. Only 5.2% said that they were very dissatisfied with their current salary as it related to their job requirements. More than half of those surveyed – 58% – said that they are very unlikely to leave their job in the next two years. 

Respondents were given the opportunity to anonymously tell us the most frustrating aspects of their job. The answers were varied and complex, though several respondents indicated that a lack of internal communication is a frequent source of frustration. One respondent said, “There really are no [frustrations]. I really enjoy what I do.” Other responses included:  “excessive amounts of work in a short time frame,” “lack of recognition,” “losing talented people,” and “keeping up with technology.”
